Subscription Plan
Choose a subscription plan by visiting the pricing page. There are two subcription plans (Basic and Pro) available. You may choose the subscription plan which suits to you the best.
Deposit
Please add a depost by navigating to the settings > billing page. You may choose the deposit amount you prefer. Number of vehicles you are able to purchase will vary on the deposit amount.
Start bidding
Once deposit payment is paid, you're able to place bids on vehicles by navigating to the vehicles page. You may categorize your bids in to groups if you're purchasing more than one vehicle. Maximum of 5 bids can be grouped in to one group (Ex. 5 bids for Toyota Axio on Group A and 5 bids for Toyota Fielder on Group B)
Winning bid
if the winning bid is on group A, rest of the bids on group A will be automatically cancelled. Bids on the other groups will run and will not be cancelled.
Auction payment
If you win a bid, auction payment invoice will be generated. You must pay the full invoice within 5 days of issuance. Late fees will apply for payment delays. You can find all the details of your winnings bids by visting the purchases page.
Shipment
Shipment of your vehicle will be arranged on receipt of auction payment invoice. Estimated timeframe is 2- 8 weeks (Subject to delays which may occur outside of our scope). Shipping invoice will be generated prior to the arrival of the ship to Australian Port. You must pay the full invoice within 3 days of issuance. Late fees will apply for payement delays.
Compliance
Upon completions of the shipping payment, your vehicle will be discharged from the port after going through heat treatment and quarantine as required. Vehicle will be delivered to Compliance workshop to start the compliance process. Once the Compliance process is complete, Compliance invoice will be issued. You must pay the full invoice within 5 days of issuance. Late fees will apply for payement delays. Estimated timeframe is 2- 6 weeks.
Delivery
Upon completion of the compliance payment, Your vehicle will be ready for pick up or deilvery.
